English is crazy!!

There is no egg in eggplant and there is no ham in hamburger and there is no apple in pineapple!! English is crazy!

This is a funny picture with lots of crazy English. And I think it’s correct: sometimes English IS crazy. One reason for all the strange things in English is because it’s a mix of many other languages-French, Germany, Latin and many others. This mix of languages is one reason English grammar and vocabulary is sometimes strange. But sometimes I think there is just no reason and English is…..CRAZY!
